AGROECO Group of Companies has completed refurbishment of its feed mill in the Pavlovsky District of Voronezh Oblast, thus making possible to double this site capacity – from 25 tons to 50 tons per hour. Company has invested 810 million rubles in the expansion.
Assembly of the second pelletizing line, equipped with the hardware of the Dutch company Van Aarsen, has been finished. 16 bins for finished products with capacity 50 tons each, 12 silos on grain elevator with capacity 5 thousand tons each, two silos for operational storage with capacity 500 tons each, and 8 bins for powdery raw materials with capacity 200 tons eash were installed. Thus, the volume of simultaneous grain storage increased by 60 thousand tons, to 180 thousand tons.
AGROECO plant in Pavlovsk produces more than 18 types of animal feed for different ages. This plant is supplied with grain from crop-growing divisions of the Company.
Group's assets include three feed mills in Voronezh and Tula Oblasts. In 2020, production volume of AGROECO mixed feeds has increased by third - to 685 thousand tons. In 2022, Company plans to launch a phased expansion of its site in Kurkinsky district of Tula Oblast. Scheduled third stage of the expansion involves construction of 18 silos with capacity 5 thousand tons each and two silos with capacity 500 tons each. Fourth stage includes installation of additional mixed feed production line which will yield 20 tons per hour, 16 bins for finished products with capacity 50 tons each and 16 storage bins for powdery raw materials with capacity 250 tons each.
Thanks to its own mixed feed production, Company is able to fully satisfy needs of its pig breeding complexes, control quality and cost of final products.
